HONEY LEMON PANNA COTTA

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold milk in a medium saucepan; let stand 1 minute.  Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.  Remove from heat. 

  2. Whisk in gradually, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla and lemon peel.  Divide mixture evenly among eight (6 oz/175 mL) custard cups.  Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. 

  3. Unmould and garnish with fruit.

Smooth, light and refreshing! The pleasing combination of citrus and honey makes it easy for everyone to love yogurt.
