  1. Combine gelatine and sugar in
    a small saucepan.  Stir in
    cold water; let stand 1
    minute.  Stir over low
    heat until gelatine is
    completely dissolved,
    about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
     

  2. Stir in orange juice
    concentrate and ice cubes
    until ice is dissolved; whisk in yogurt.  Pour into an 8-inch (2 L) square pan.  Chill in freezer until set, about 30 minutes.
     

  3. Unmould and cut into tiny shapes or squares.  Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

Use your children's favourite flavour of juice and let them help you cut out the shapes.  They're a delicious "candy" that's healthy and fun.  An enjoyable activity too!

TIP:
To unmould, turn pan over onto cutting board; cut out shapes.
