4 packets (10 tsp) E.D.SMITH® Knox® Gelatine
4 cups strawberry lemonade, divided
¼ cup granulated sugar
1. Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooling spray.
2. In a large saucepan combine strawberry lemonade and sugar. Sprinkle gelatine over juice and let stand 5 minutes.
3. Heat juice mixture over low, stirring constantly, until gelatine is completely dissolved 3-4 minutes. *note: splash some liquid up the sides of the pan to check if gelatine is dissolved, if you see granules continue stirring on the heat.
4. Pour into prepared pan and chill in refrigerator until firm, 3 hours. Cut into one-inch squares or size of your liking.
