VERY BERRY JAM

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in a large
    saucepan; let stand 1 minute.  Stir over 
    low heat until gelatine is completely
    dissolved, about 5 minutes.  Remove
    from heat.

  2. Stir in berries, orange juice, sugar and
    lemon juice.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce
    heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes
    or until berries are softened; stir
    occasionally.

  3. Spoon into sterilized jars; cool slightly.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight until set.
    Store up to 4 weeks in refrigerator or 1 year in freezer.
